And what’s with the cooking? Who says that women always need to have something ready for hubby? Not the Quran, according to Islam it’s charity if a wife does household stuff for her husband…
So what’s the punishment for men in the hereafter if they are stupid and ignorant and beat up their wives for no reason??? Or the wrong reason???

Sabiwabi, It wouldn’t surprise me if his wife beats him up at home, and that’s why he has to play the intellectually impaired Neanderthal on tv… Serious, have you noticed how he completely ignores any comments made by the female moderator or the other women? he just keeps going on on his own diatribe…
On the other hand, it is important to see such an idiot brain at work. When just looking at the theory it’s hard to believe such people actually really exist… But they do, and are even egged on in todays Islamic world. It’s very sad.

Coolred! I noticed that one too! To me that’s a striking example how these people cherrypick religion to condone any supression of women. Including borrowing from other religions, as long as it suits their purpose….

It’s one of the arguments always used: some women agree with the status quo. But that is nonsense. women can be as stupid as men, and taken into account they might have been brainwashed into thinking being beaten up is ”therapy” from baby-hood onwards. No, as long as women are brought up in repressive societies that doesn’t count as proof to me!

Lat, or the husband marries a #2, or #3 and leaves them to rot in some sort of limbo. They can easily abandon their wife somewhere, give them minimal support and leave them and their children to rot! That happens too you know. the upshot is that there is no safety for women.

Do you all know why this tv lady Rania in Bedu’s blog was beaten up so horribly and savagely she nearly died? It’s becaue she had gone up the stairs to the appartment of a family member to borrow something, (without ”permission” and on an interview he defended himself with her not being obedient enough.

I’m sorry but men on the whole seem to be totally incapable of dealing with a position of authority, so there must be a big flaw somewhere in the Quran, or God is an idiot. Take your pick.
